Profile
Born in Malmö, Sweden in 1964, he graduated from the University of Lund Sweden in 1990. In 2001 he was admitted as member of the Swedish Bar Association. His professional career started in 1990 working as a consultant to Swedish advertising agencies and marketing divi-sions of major Swedish and multinational corporations.
His experience spans over general marketing related issues to more product specific issues in particular concerning food. Over the years the latter has taken over more and more of his practice. Today he assists major multinational corporations in general labeling, nutritional claims and health claims, probiotics, functional foods, herbal remedies, food supplements, PARNUTs and more. He has also significant experience in the fields of intellectual property rights relating to trade marks and copyright. He has long time experience representing clients in litigation as well as in negotiations with Swedish national authorities and client’s competi-tors.
