Why Food Lawyers
Food lawyers offer more than other lawyers. They know the technicalities of food regulations and the conditions of food production and retailing. Food law is rarely taught at universities. It is a skill acquired through years of practice and working in close cooperation with the food sector.
Food lawyers are more than consultants. We not only develop regulatory solutions; we are able to defend them effectively before authorities and tribunals as well as against competitors.
The Food Lawyers’ Network unites lawyers only. Members remain subject to the professional rules applicable in their jurisdictions, including obligations concerning confidentiality, professional secrecy and conflicts of interest.
